Preliminary Task

Yesterday I learnt about the three main layouts for a successful magazine cover. I personally found the 'F' plan more effective for my eye as a way of presenting an image on a cover. 

Key light, fill light and hair light are all important to ensure the image for the cover the contents and the article are all of a high quality, so that there is a sharpness edge to the photo and so it looks more professional. The model should also be looking directly into the camera so that they connect with the target I audience straight away. The model must reflect the genre by the way their make up and hair is done, and by the clothes they wear for the shoot.
