With primarily an idea to base my magazine on the singer songwriter genre, I not only looked into female, but also male styles of clothing. This research enabled me to identify the key correlations between a variety of artists to see if I could some how fit it into the many ideas I have at the minute.
I will probably use a female model for my magazine, which is why there is a larger range of pictures of female artists than male. However by also researching male styles it gave me a wider view of the important features all singer songwriters have, to ensure I have the most professional and successful final piece.
